You have lots of choices. You can choose not to drink

Who is in charge of your health? You! You have to make good choices about:

You can feel powerful when you take charge of your health. When you feel good about yourself, you want to take care of your skin.

There can be problems that make it harder to take charge of your health.

  • People who are in the hospital have to follow rules.
  • People who live in a nursing home have to follow rules.
  • People who are sick might not be able to take care of themselves.

Even when there are problems, you can still make some choices. You can choose to take good care of your skin every day!
