Some bad things aren't anyone's fault

What do you do when things go wrong? Some people look back. They try to figure out, "Why did that happen?"

It can be good to think about what went wrong. You can see what happened. That way, you will know what to do next time. You can watch out for yourself. Next time, things might go right!

Sometimes you can't help it when things go wrong. They are just things you didn't expect. It is not your fault.

Some things happen by accident. It is no one's fault.

Some people don't find out why things go wrong. They say, "It just happened."

It's worth it to try to see what happened. When you look carefully, you might be able to find out. Then you won't have to say, "It just happened."
