It's hard to stay healthy when things are confused

To stay healthy, you need to take care of yourself. You need to do pressure reliefs, check your skin every day, eat healthy foods and get lots of rest. You have to do these things every day. Doing something every day, in the same way, is a habit.

Sometimes bad things happen that you don't expect. Sometimes you feel stressed out. When things like this happen, it's easy to forget about taking care of yourself. Stress can even make you sick. If you don't do your healthy habits every day, you could get a pressure ulcer (which is what a doctor or nurse calls a pressure sore or bedsore).

When you don't know what is going on in your life, that is confusion. If your life is very confused, it's easy to forget about healthy habits.

When things seem out of control, that is disorder. If your life is in disorder, it's easy to forget about healthy habits.
